Return Window
Apollo Industries LLC (“Apollo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) accepts eligible returns within ninety (90) calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility
Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused, uninstalled, unaltered, and in new, resalable condition

  • Returned in original manufacturer packaging, including all inner packaging, seals, labels, manuals, and accessories

  • Free from damage, contamination, markings, wear, or modification

Apollo reserves the sole right to determine return eligibility after inspection.

Bearing & Precision Component Contamination Policy
(Strict – No Exceptions)

Due to the nature of precision components, bearings and similar products are subject to heightened return restrictions.

Bearings, precision mechanical components, and rotating elements are NON-RETURNABLE if:

  • Original packaging has been opened, altered, or damaged

  • Protective wrapping, seals, corrosion inhibitors, or vacuum packaging have been removed or compromised

  • The product has been installed, test-fit, handled without gloves, or exposed to dirt, dust, moisture, metal particles, oil, grease, chemicals, or environmental contamination of any kind

  • There is any indication of installation, rotation, press-fitting, shaft contact, or housing contact

Even microscopic contamination renders precision components unsuitable for resale.
All inspection determinations are final.

Warranty Returns vs. Customer-Error Returns

Warranty Returns (Manufacturing Defect Only)
Warranty claims are limited strictly to verified manufacturing defects and are governed by the original manufacturer’s warranty, not Apollo Industries, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Warranty coverage does not include:

  • Improper installation or misapplication

  • Contamination or overloading

  • Improper storage or lack of lubrication

  • Normal wear

Manufacturer evaluation and approval may be required. Warranty replacements, repairs, or credits are issued only if authorized by the manufacturer. Shipping costs associated with warranty claims may be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Customer-Error Returns (Non-Defective Items)
Returns resulting from customer error—including incorrect part selection, ordering mistakes, specification mismatches, or changes in requirements—are subject to:

  • Prior return authorization (RMA required)

  • Full compliance with return eligibility standards

  • Restocking fees of up to 25%

  • Non-refundable shipping, handling, taxes, and duties

High-Value Item Policy
For high-value items (defined as products exceeding $500 USD or otherwise designated by Apollo):

  • Additional verification may be required prior to shipment

  • Returns may be subject to enhanced inspection, serial number verification, and delayed refund processing

  • Refunds will not be issued until the item is received, verified, and approved

Apollo reserves the right to refuse returns on high-value items showing any deviation from original condition.

Drop-Shipped Item Policy
Certain products are shipped directly from manufacturers or third-party suppliers. For drop-shipped items:

  • Returns are subject to the original supplier’s return policies

  • Some items may be non-returnable

  • Extended processing times may apply

  • Additional restocking, handling, or return shipping fees may be imposed

Apollo is not responsible for supplier-imposed restrictions or delays.

Return Authorization (RMA Required)
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to shipment. Returns received without authorization may be refused, returned to sender, or subject to additional fees.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to Apollo’s error

  • Returned items must be properly packaged and insured

  • Risk of loss remains with the customer until received and inspected by Apollo

Inspection & Refund Processing
All returns are inspected upon receipt. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

  • Refunds exclude shipping, handling, duties, and taxes

  • Processing typically occurs within 5–10 business days after inspection approval

Apollo reserves the right to deny refunds, issue partial refunds, or apply restocking fees.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase on ApolloUSA.com, the customer agrees to contact Apollo directly before initiating any chargeback. Unauthorized or premature chargebacks may result in dispute denial or account suspension.

Apollo may dispute chargebacks using proof of delivery, order records, return authorization logs, inspection documentation, and communications history. Refunds may be withheld during active chargeback investigations. Apollo reserves the right to recover chargeback-related fees where permitted by law.

Fraud Prevention
Apollo Industries actively monitors transactions for fraud and reserves the right to cancel or refuse suspicious orders, require identity or payment verification, and delay or deny refunds pending investigation.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apollo Industries is not liable for installation or removal costs, equipment downtime, lost profits or production, or incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.

Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
