Price Match Policy

At Apollo Industries (ApolloUSA.com), we strive to offer competitive pricing on all products we sell. If you find a lower advertised price from a qualifying U.S. competitor, we may be able to match it, subject to the terms outlined below.

Eligible Competitors
Price matching may be considered only when all of the following conditions are met:

  • The competitor is located and operating within the United States

  • The competitor is a legitimate, reputable commercial website or authorized distributor

  • The product is identical (same manufacturer, part number, condition, and specifications)

  • The item is in stock and available for immediate purchase

Excluded Competitors & Listings
We do not price match pricing from:

  • Marketplace or auction platforms, including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, and Walmart Marketplace

  • Third-party sellers, liquidation sites, clearance outlets, or surplus resellers

  • International sellers or gray-market imports

  • Used, refurbished, remanufactured, surplus, or open-box items

  • Prices resulting from typographical errors, promotional coupons, rebates, membership-only pricing, bundles, kits, special offers, closeout, or clearance sales

Documentation Required
To request a price match, one of the following is required:

  • A written quote from the competitor (PDF or official document), or

  • A direct link to the competitor’s product page showing current pricing and availability

Apollo Industries reserves the right to verify all submitted documentation and to request additional information if necessary.

Additional Terms

  • Price match requests must be submitted prior to purchase

  • Price matching applies to the product price only and does not include shipping, taxes, or handling fees

  • Price matching is not retroactive

Right to Refuse
Apollo Industries reserves the right to approve or deny any price match request at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion.
