Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM EST may be processed the following business day.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders or stock limitations, processing may be delayed. If there is a significant delay in shipment, we will notify you by email.


Domestic Shipping

We offer standard and expedited shipping throughout the United States.

  • Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location. We may offer free shipping on certain orders or promotional items as advertised.

Carriers Used: UPS, FedEx, USPS, and other major logistics providers depending on size and location.


International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries.

  • International delivery times vary based on destination and customs processing.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your shipment via the carrier's website.


Shipment Issues

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@apollusa.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

  • Incorrect Addresses: We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before placing your order.

  • Refused/Unclaimed Deliveries: Any orders returned due to refusal or failure to claim may be subject to return shipping and restocking fees.


Backorders & Partial Shipments

If an item is on backorder, we will notify you with an estimated ship date. For large orders, we may partially ship available items at our discretion.
