Description
The Whittet-Higgins PPM-64 is a light-duty PPM-series precision locking plate (metric) that bolts to the face of a matching KM trapezoidal-thread retaining nut to secure and retain bearings and other power-transmission components on a shaft. The arc-segment steel plate is fastened with hex-head bolts and threadlocking compound, locking the assembly against vibration, shock and torque without a keyway and with no special tools required. It is engineered to function with KM-44 and larger locknuts, is made in the USA and is RoHS compliant.
