Description

The SLAS-15 is a Whittet-Higgins Shoelok locknut-bearing assembly socket — an installation tool engineered to safely install, preload, adjust and remove NSH (inch) and NSHM (metric) Shoelok self-locking bearing retaining nuts. It encapsulates the locknut's outside diameter and drives its spanner slots through a hardened four (4) pin drive system, connecting to a standard square-drive ratchet, torque wrench or pneumatic driver. Machined from steel and made in the USA (RoHS/REACH compliant), each SLAS-15 size corresponds to the matching NSH/NSHM nut size.
