Heavy Duty Lockwasher Specifications
Heavy-duty lockwashers provide enhanced anti-rotation locking for bearing locknuts in high-load applications. With a thicker cross-section than standard lockwashers, the heavy-duty design withstands greater axial forces while maintaining positive locking of the locknut.
The inner tab engages with a keyway on the shaft, while the outer tab bends into a slot on the locknut to prevent rotation during operation. Designed for use with the corresponding Whittet-Higgins heavy-duty locknut series.
