Description
The Whittet-Higgins WT-13 is a small-profile bearing lockwasher manufactured from carbon steel and matched with NT series locknuts to secure, lock and retain bearings and power transmission assemblies. Its smaller diameter and thickness suit limited-space installations, while numerous locking positions deliver accurate angular positioning and guard against assembly loosening caused by vibration, shock and torque.
Effective on both soft and hardened shafts and rated to a maximum operating temperature of 300°F, the WT-13 installs with no special tools and represents the most cost-efficient light-duty bearing lockwasher line available. It meets and exceeds ANSI/ABMA 8.2-1999, is manufactured in the USA and is RoHS compliant.
