CNB / CNC / CNF / CNM / CNS Series CLAMPNUTS

The CN family is Whittet-Higgins' one-piece mechanically self-locking clampnut. A tangential socket head clamp screw draws the slit nut body tight around the shaft thread, locking it without a lockwasher, keyway, tab or adhesive. Five thread families cover most shafting: CNB (inch bearing thread), CNM (metric bearing thread), CNC (UNC coarse), CNF (UNF fine) and CNS (16 TPI UNS).
