KM Series Bearing Locknuts – ISO Metric
The KM series is the standard ISO metric bearing locknut and the metric equivalent of the inch N series. It is used with a matching MB series lockwasher, whose tab bends into a nut slot to lock the assembly while its key seats in the shaft keyway. Threads follow the ISO metric bearing series, so KM nuts interchange with the metric locknuts fitted to imported bearings and gear units.
