Spherical Roller Bearing with tapered bore and normal clearance
With a 100 mm bore, 180 mm outside diameter and 46 mm width, the Nachi 22220 EXQW33K is a double-row spherical roller bearing on a 1:12 tapered bore. It mounts on a tapered shaft seat or on an adapter or withdrawal sleeve, letting the fitter dial in the working clearance by drive-up distance instead of fighting an interference fit onto a parallel shaft. Normal CN starting clearance is correct where the drive-up reduction is modest and the bearing does not run especially hot. Self-aligning, relubricatable through the outer ring, rated -30 to +200 degrees C.
