The Nachi 6840 C3MY is a very large open deep groove ball bearing measuring 200 mm bore, 250 mm outside diameter and 24 mm width, with a machined brass cage and C3 clearance. This is a high-temperature build: the brass cage and special heat treatment take the bearing to +300 degrees C, far beyond a standard sheet steel assembly, for kiln cars, furnace fans and drying equipment. C3 clearance is essential at those temperatures to keep the ball set from binding as the inner ring expands.
