The Nachi N314 MY is a medium-sized single-row cylindrical roller bearing with a 70 mm bore, 150 mm outside diameter and 35 mm width, in the N execution with a machined cage. The flangeless outer ring lifts away from the roller and cage assembly for mounting, and the bearing absorbs shaft expansion internally rather than passing it to the housing, making it a non-locating position. Machined cages are specified at this size for their strength under shock and their tolerance of marginal lubrication.
