CCM Series One-Piece Clamp Collars – Metric

The CCM series is the metric-bore version of the CC one-piece clamp collar. Tightening the integral socket head cap screw draws the bore tight around the shaft for infinite axial adjustment and secure positioning, with no keyway and no set screw digging into the shaft surface.

  • Part numbers: CCM-003 through CCM-100 (52 sizes stocked)
  • Bore / shaft size: 3 mm to 100 mm
  • Outside diameter: 15.9 mm to 139.7 mm
  • Material & temperature: Carbon steel with a hardened alloy clamp screw; 300°F maximum operating temperature
  • Standards: Made in USA, RoHS compliant

Applications

Locating bearings, sprockets, sheaves and couplings on metric shafting in metric gearboxes, conveyors, packaging machinery and imported production equipment.
