NE Series Bearing Locknuts – Inch, 11 TPI

The NE series carries the original 11 threads-per-inch SAE thread rather than the current bearing-nut thread series. It is the correct replacement part for legacy shafting cut to that older specification, and it locks with a standard W series tongued lockwasher exactly as an N nut does.

• Outside diameter: 3.875 in to 9.844 in
• Material & temperature: Carbon steel, black oxide finish; 300°F maximum operating temperature

Applications

Maintenance and rebuild of older industrial equipment still running the 11 TPI SAE shaft thread, where re-cutting the shaft is not an option.
