Self-Aligning Ball Bearing with cylindrical bore and increased clearance
Nachi's 1305 C3 is a small double-row self-aligning ball bearing of 25 mm bore, 62 mm outside diameter and 17 mm width, supplied with C3 clearance. The spherical outer raceway lets the ball set swivel to follow a deflecting shaft or a misaligned housing without loading the bearing edges, and C3 clearance adds room for thermal growth and interference fits on top of that. Very low friction and correspondingly low heat generation. Cylindrical bore, sheet steel cage, rated -30 to +150 degrees C.
