The Nachi 20TAU06F -2NSE/GM is a small double-direction axial angular contact ball bearing built specifically to support ball screws, with a 20 mm bore, 68 mm outside diameter and 28 mm width. The 60 degree contact angle puts almost the whole ball load into the axial direction, giving the very high thrust capacity and axial stiffness a screw needs to hold position under cutting load, and because it acts in both directions a single bearing locates the screw completely. It is ground to P4 / ABEC 7, has fixing holes in the outer ring so it bolts straight to the housing face, carries a lubrication groove for regreasing, and is sealed on both sides with lip seals. Rated -20 to +120 degrees C.
