Description
The SKF TMIP 7-28 Internal Bearing Puller Kit is designed for fast, safe and efficient removal of bearings installed in housings where the interference fit is on the bearing’s outer ring. Covering bearing bore diameters from 7 to 28 mm, this professional bearing removal set is ideal for industrial maintenance, machinery repair, electric-motor service and gearbox rebuilding.
The SKF TMIP 7-28 features a unique spring-loaded extractor design that allows each puller to be quickly installed through the bearing bore in one simple action. Once positioned, the specially designed claws expand behind the bearing’s inner ring to create a strong and secure grip. The included slide hammer then applies controlled impact force to extract the bearing from the housing.
Four extractor sizes are included to cover bearing bores from 7–9 mm, 10–12 mm, 15–17 mm and 20–28 mm. This wide operating range makes the kit suitable for removing many common deep-groove ball bearings, self-aligning ball bearings, angular-contact ball bearings and smaller spherical roller bearings.
Built from high-strength materials for durability and repeated professional use, the SKF TMIP 7-28 bearing puller set helps reduce bearing removal time while improving grip, control and operator safety.
