The Nachi 22311 EXQW33-VCS100 is a medium-sized double-row spherical roller bearing of 55 mm bore, 120 mm outside diameter and 43 mm width, built specifically for vibrating service. Vibrating screens, road rollers and compactors subject a bearing to high centrifugal load, constant reversing acceleration and heat that ordinary bearings do not survive, so this version uses a strengthened cage, a surface-treated bore and rollers selected for the duty. The cylindrical bore mounts directly to the shaft, normal CN clearance applies, and the outer ring carries a lubrication groove with feed holes. Rated -30 to +200 degrees C.
