The Nachi 50TAU11F -2NSE/GM is a medium-sized double-direction axial angular contact ball bearing built specifically to support ball screws, with a 50 mm bore, 115 mm outside diameter and 34 mm width. The 60 degree contact angle puts almost the whole ball load into the axial direction, giving the very high thrust capacity and axial stiffness a screw needs to hold position under cutting load, and because it acts in both directions a single bearing locates the screw completely. It is ground to P4 / ABEC 7, has fixing holes in the outer ring so it bolts straight to the housing face, carries a lubrication groove for regreasing, and is sealed on both sides with lip seals. Rated -20 to +120 degrees C.
