NT Series Bearing Locknuts – Inch, Small Profile
The NT series is the reduced-profile inch bearing locknut. It carries the same shaft thread as a standard N nut of the same size but in a shorter, smaller-diameter body, which buys back axial and radial clearance at a crowded bearing seat. NT nuts lock with WT series small-profile lockwashers and are driven with BAST small-profile assembly sockets.

Applications
Compact gearboxes, pillow block and cartridge assemblies, servo and stepper drives, and retrofit work where a standard locknut will not clear an adjacent housing, seal or shoulder.
