RN / ARN Series Bearing Removal Nuts

A removal nut threads onto the oversized end of a tapered adapter or withdrawal sleeve and pushes the bearing inner ring off the taper. RN nuts carry a UNS Special External Class 3A thread to ANSI/ABMA 8.2-1999, with a spanner-slotted face for driving and a flat pilot face that bears squarely on the bearing inner ring. ARN sizes thread onto the same shaft threads as the corresponding AN retaining nuts.
