The SKF TKRS 21 LED Stroboscope is a compact, powerful inspection tool designed for visually examining rotating, reciprocating and vibrating machinery while it remains in operation. By matching its flash frequency to the speed of a moving component, the TKRS 21 makes fast-moving parts appear stationary or move in slow motion. This allows maintenance professionals to inspect machine operation and identify irregular movement without stopping production.
Equipped with seven ultra-bright LEDs, the SKF TKRS 21 produces more than 5,600 lux of illumination for clear inspection of motors, fans, belts, pulleys, gears, shafts, couplings and other moving components. Its wide flash-rate range of 30 to 300,000 flashes per minute makes it suitable for inspecting machinery operating at both low and extremely high speeds.
Adjustable flash duration helps create sharp, detailed images of fast-moving components, while phase-shift and slow-motion functions allow users to observe movement throughout an operating cycle. A multi-line, backlit color TFT display and straightforward controls make flash-rate adjustments quick and easy in industrial environments.
