The SKF TMEH 1 Oil Check Monitor is a portable, easy-to-use instrument designed to quickly detect changes in the condition of mineral and synthetic oils. By measuring changes in the oil’s dielectric constant, the TMEH 1 helps identify oil degradation and contamination before they contribute to excessive wear, unplanned downtime or equipment failure.
Simply calibrate the instrument using a fresh sample of the same oil and compare it with oil taken from the machine. Results are displayed immediately through clear green and red condition indicators and a numerical reading from –999 to +999. With better than 95% repeatability, the SKF TMEH 1 provides maintenance teams with a fast and consistent way to monitor lubricant condition between laboratory oil analyses.
Compact and battery-powered, this SKF oil condition monitor is ideal for preventive maintenance, industrial machinery inspections, troubleshooting and routine lubrication programs. It works with many common lubricating, hydraulic and engine oils, making it a practical tool for evaluating oil condition in gearboxes, hydraulic systems, compressors, engines and other oil-lubricated equipment.
